New Year's is a great time to make things that seem impossible become possible! Lose it with the Y starts February 28 with orientation at 6:00 p.m. This is an 8-week personal training program for teams of 4. Teams will need the same availability for workouts during the week. Don’t have a team? We’ll help you find one! Open to members and nonmembers regardless of fitness level.
