The Boothbay Region YMCA

may well be the strongest community asset to be found on our seacoast peninsula.

Located between the towns of Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor, our welcoming "Y" offers programs of substance for all ages. Whether you're here year round, for the summer, a week, or just a day, there's something for everyone at our YMCA.

We feature an olympic size swimming pool, an extensive fitness center, thoughtful and comprehensive child care, a 75 acre day camp with a private lake, a full size gymnasium, two indoor tennis courts, an indoor walking track, and two racquetball courts. Our newly equipped teen center and aerobic studio are located in a separate building just a short walk from the Y.

We emphasis character development by teaching and demonstrating CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT, AND RESPONSIBILITY. Our code of conduct and discipline applies to all participants equally.

OUR MISSION: To strengthen Christian Principles of Honesty Caring, Responsibilty, and Respect through programs that will build a healthy spirit, mind and body.
