Please check back in the beginning of March 2010. )The Boothbay Region YMCA Summer Youth Camps offer a of variety camps for all ages, from our traditional Day camp program to our Adventure Camp and from a variety of Sport Camps to Theatre Camps....there is something for everyone! Camp Knickerbocker is situated on 70 acres of forest and wetland on beautiful Knickerbocker Lake. The waterfront includes a beach and swimming area with access to kayaking and canoeing. We also have a full sports venue with space for field and court sports a fantastic playground, mini golf course, rifle range, performing arts stage and so much moe! The Baldwin Outdoor Adventure Center is base to our Adventure Camp program. It features an outdoor rock climbing tower, along with a comprehenisve high and low ropes course.
Our Specialty camps offer you a chance to focus on fun and skills in such areas as Basketball, Baseball, Football, Soccer, Tennis, Lacrosse, Cheerleading, and even a pre season training camp!

Our Camp programs are centered around fun, skills and sportsmanship. From the beginner to the experienced, we provide a program which incorporates the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Safety is always our main concern and we believe in healthy risks and positive attitudes. No camper shall be forced in any way to participate in any activities that may make them feel uncomfortable. All staff and directors are trained in the latest safety and rescue techniques for all possibile situations.
