In this section you will find all of our schedules in easy to read PDF documents. We update these the day before each new session. Schedules for break weeks (week(s) between sessions – see Session Dates) can change from regular session schedules. This includes wellness and cycling classes as well as both of the pool schedules and aquatic fitness classes. Thanks for your cooperation.
